Hi, I’m Grace, a Switzerland-based breathwork facilitator and holistic wellbeing coach, I’m here to help mums - and women in general - find calm, confidence and connection in the chaos of motherhood & life so they can show up more fully to all of it.

You don’t need me to tell you that the pressures of motherhood can push us to our absolute limit. But I believe that this time gets to be about more than just getting to the end of each day an overtired, overstimulated, overwhelmed, overstretched, abso-fricking-lutely over it heap. It gets to be a time of deep personal growth: of feeling grounded in who you are, confident in showing up in the multiple roles you play and capable of navigating the ups and downs that this chapter is full of. Let me show you how.
