Breathwork Facilitator Training
Learn the art of holding space in a deeply personal and transformative way through the Breathing Space Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship
Feeling the call to become a breathwork facilitator?
Breathwork gives you more choice about how you respond to and engage with life. It can be transformative, deeply healing and endlessly empowering.
But if you’ve landed on this page then you already know this.
My guess is that you’ve already felt the power of connecting deeply to your breath. I’ll also hazard a guess that you know feel the rumblings of a call to share the magic of the breath with others.
Perhaps you feel that breathwork is the piece that was missing from your work as a therapist, coach, or space holder of any kind. The piece that finally enables your clients to get out of their minds and into their bodies.
Or it might be that you’ve never held space before but you want to step into a new career that aligns with your purpose and passions.
Or perhaps you don’t even know why you feel drawn to facilitate breathwork. You just do.
Don’t worry – there is no right or wrong way to arrive here, at a place of knowing that you want to share breathwork with others. The only thing that is important is that you do.
It’s time to take a breath and let me tell you about how you can become a breathwork facilitator through the Breathing Space Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship
The Breathing Space Apprenticeship is a one-of-a-kind pathway to becoming a 400-hour, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator through a GPBA-certified school. It is not like other breathwork facilitator trainings. Instead of training as part of a group, the Apprenticeship Pathway is a personalised training, where you work one-on-one with a teacher, such as myself.
This may be the best breathwork facilitator training for you if:
you learn better in a one-to-one than group setting.
you have family/work commitments that make a group training unfeasible/impossible.
you appreciate a personalised learning experience that meets you exactly where you are and goes at exactly the pace you need.
you want to go all in and train faster than is possible on a group training.
you are seriously committed to the journey of personal and professional growth you will experience.
you just feel that this is the path for you.
Already feeling the tingles of a full-body yes?
Good.
Although I must warn you – the Apprenticeship Pathway is not for the faint-hearted. It asks you to step up in a way that invites you to meet your edges and find comfort in the discomfort. But the payoff is huge: stepping into the role of being a competent and confident breathwork facilitator who is ready to take their magic out into the world.

Why train as breathwork facilitator with me?
Hi, I’m Grace
I’m an 800-hour breathwork facilitator, Breathing Space teacher and well-being coach. As one of the Breathing Space teachers, I will guide you through the Apprenticeship training, there to cheer you on and support you as you step into your role as a breathwork facilitator.
I wholeheartedly believe in this training because I myself walked the same path to becoming a breathwork facilitator. At a time in my life when it made zero logical sense, I signed up to the Breathing Space Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship. I didn’t ‘have’ the time. I had an 18-month old. I was chronically sleep-deprived. I had demanding work. But I felt a deep call to share breathwork with the world. So I just went for it.
I could not have chosen a better training. The one-on-one set-up suited my learning style and the flexibility meant it could slot in amongst my other work/life commitments perfectly. The personal journey I went on was just as profound as the professional skills I picked up. Perhaps even more so. Plus, the sense of community at Breathing Space is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced on a training.
I can’t wait for you to experience all of this for yourself.
