Hello, I’m Grace. I’m a trauma-informed, 400-hour certified breathwork facilitator and certified holistic wellbeing coach based in the Lausanne area. With a professional background in corporate language services, copywriting and teaching that spans Australia, Peru, Spain, the UK and Switzerland, I bring a solid understanding of life in the corporate fast lane. I know that having a tool like breathwork at your fingertips to manage stress, overwhelm and burnout and boost focus, productivity and creativity is priceless.
