Us millennial mums are juggling a lot, aren’t we? Our generation are more stretched than previous generations as we try to be it all, have it all and do it all. And it seems the whole world is telling us we should be doing less of this or more of that or doing it all completely differently.

It feels like a lot! And the whole set-up can easily lead to depletion and even burnout. I don’t know about you, but every second millennial mum I speak to these days has suffered from burnout… So what's the solution? I don't have an easy one, but I am here to help.

I offer tailored 1:1 coaching for mums, like you, who are feeling the struggle of juggling the different elements of life: mothering, work and all the rest of it. In this high-touch coaching container, I’ll support you to making the lifestyle, mindset and habit adjustments so you have the space, time, energy and capacity to show up more fully in each role you play.

What makes this coaching experience different is that breathwork is at the centre of the experience. Each session will be a unique and powerful blend of coaching and breathwork to allow you access to your inner world to see what’s really going on under all the layers of conditioning. We’ll go deep in these sessions using a combination of grounding and resourcing breathwork and meditation techniques, transformative breathwork (conscious connected breathwork) and holistic coaching.

Expect to leave each session feeling deeply relaxed, connected and grounded after the breathwork but also with a fire in your belly to implement the action steps you’ll form at the end of each session and knowing yourself better than when you went into the session. And, of course, you’ll come away with lots of new breathwork tools to use in your daily life. This alone is game-changing!

While I tailor our sessions to you as an individual and the journey we map out for you together, I have 4 main principals that underpin the work I do: nervous system regulation, mind-body connection, energy management and embodied self-belief.

What can you expect after working together?

  • being base-line rested and resourced so that one bad night doesn’t throw everything of course

  • having enough energy to do the things that light you up, like going for coffee and cake with friends, surfing/skiing and going for wild swims

  • perhaps even having the energy and motivation to get up before the kids to do something to fill up your cup like meditate/do yoga/read so you can start the day with the ‘me time’ tank full rather than chasing it all day long (and never quite finding it!)

  • knowing and respecting your energy levels so that you can know when to prioritise rest (and avoid constantly teetering on the edge of burnout, tears or both) and what kind of rest you need in any given moment

  • having the emotional and mental bandwidth to respond rather than react when stress hits (tight deadlines, difficult clients and bedtime meltdowns, I’m looking at you)

  • having the capacity to set your sights on bigger goals and dreams that have been on your vision board for years and knowing deep down that you can handle them

  • being able to tune into and trust your inner wisdom instead of wasting your precious energy getting stuck in cycles of self-doubt about how you’re mothering or doing life

  • having an inner knowing of ‘I’ve got this’ no matter what life throws at you

Coaching package options:

Boost: 1-month package

3 x 90-minute sessions taken over a month: 500 CHF

Revive: 4-month package:

9 x 90-minute sessions taken over 4 months: 1200 CHF (or 300 CHF per month)

  • Personalised home-play (breathwork, journalling, self-care) practices and tools to help regulate your nervous system and bring your intentions to life (you’ll need to commit to around 10-15 mins a day for these)

Hi, I’m Grace

The intensity of first-time motherhood hit me like a tonnes of bricks: I felt trapped by the weight of responsibility, plagued by non-stop worries/guilt/self-doubt and constantly on the lookout for a break to catch my breath. Then when I added work responsibilities and everything else that makes up life to the mix, I found myself often on the edge of burnout or tears or both. I felt like I’d lost my spark, my energy, my patience, all of it…Gone!

Thankfully, breathwork landed in my life at this time and it almost immediately helped me take the edge off and get to the end of each day in one piece.

But I soon realised that breathwork offers so much more, especially when I started practising conscious connected breathwork. Thanks to breathwork, I’ve found myself with increased emotional capacity to meet the challenges of this chapter and plenty of energy to show up fully in each of the roles I play.

I now feel resilient, grounded and confident as I navigate the never-ending rollercoaster that is motherhood and lean into the opportunities for growth as a person and mother that this chapter is full of.

Now, I work with other mothers to guide them on this same path, either through personalised breathwork sessions, or in this breathwork and coaching experience for those who want more support, guidance and accountability to bring about real shifts in their life and show up fully to everything this chapter offers.

  • Listening out for my intuition was a huge part of why I wanted to work with Grace. I find it much easier to tune into ‘me’, and this is a gift that has radiated out into all parts of my life (although it takes a lot of practice and is a life-long project!).
