Revive is a 3-month programme to get you from depleted to revived: from being stuck in survival mode as you do the work-life-mum juggle to having the energy & capacity to show up fully in each of the roles you play.

By combining the body-based practice of breathwork with the cognitive, supportive process of coaching, we’ll bring a breath of fresh air to your experience of motherhood.

It’s all about exhaling what’s taking up your precious time, energy and headspace, leaving you feeling at capacity, close to burning out and stuck in cycles of guilt/frustration/resentment.

How will we do this?

I can tell you how we won’t do this: with little pockets of self-care, a few minutes of daily breathwork or just doing cognitive coaching or mindset work. These are lovely for taking the edge off the overwhelm or stress or depletion, but we need to go deeper to go from feeling like you’re at capacity in all the ways to an embodied feeling of “yeah, I’ve got this” no matter what life throws at you.

My method: combining breathwork and coaching

I’ll guide you to connect with yourself and, more specifically, with your inner wisdom with breathwork and then help you turn your insights into tangible shifts in your life with coaching.

While I tailor our sessions to you as an individual, I have 5 main principals that underpin the work I do and that run through my work.

  • Step One: grounding and anchoring breathwork, mindfulness and visualisation techniques

    to strengthen your mind-body connection, regulate your nervous system and create a sense of safety in the body. This is the first crucial step in being able to work with the wisdom of the body.

  • Step Two: transformative breathwork (conscious connected breathwork)

    to ignite your life force energy and explore what’s really going on under the surface of your thoughts, actions and behaviours that have you feeling at capacity and depleted by connecting with your intuitive knowing and subconscious awareness. With access to this wisdom, we’ll be able to identify and release blocks, heavy emotions and limiting beliefs as well as create space to welcome in clarity, confidence, resilience and a sense of deep calm to move you forward.

  • Step Three: holistic coaching

    to work with these insights in a cognitive, actionable sense, transforming them into achievable and manageable lifestyle, habit and mindset changes. I’ll ask the questions no one had though to ask to get to the juicy root of where space can be made in your life. We’ll identify what needs to go, stay, shift and transform to bring more ease and flow to this chapter. We’ll also use coaching to set intentions before each breathwork/coaching session.

  • Step Four: high-touch support, accountability and guidance in between sessions

    to help you implement and navigate the shifts and changes you feel called to make. You’ll also commit to short daily practices to nurture your connection to your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system and bring your intentions to life.

Hi, I’m Grace

The intensity of first-time motherhood hit me like a tonnes of bricks: I felt trapped by the weight of responsibility, plagued by non-stop worries/guilt/self-doubt and constantly on the lookout for a break to catch my breath. Then when I added work responsibilities and everything else that makes up life to the mix, I found myself often on the edge of burnout or tears or both. I felt like I’d lost my spark, my energy, my patience, all of it…Gone!

Thankfully, breathwork landed in my life at this time and it almost immediately helped me take the edge off and get to the end of each day in one piece.

  • Breathwork (and specifically conscious connected breathwork) is a somatic (body-based) practice that allows you to connect the thoughts in your mind to the feelings and emotions in your body. It also enables you to access your subconscious awareness. The result? You can gather more information about yourself and how you REALLY feel about stuff: what’s really going on under the surface of your thoughts, behaviours and actions. So we use breathwork to do the detective work and then coaching to verbalise and work through what you experience during the breathwork sessions. From here, I can coach you through how to implement changes in your life that will take you from where you are to where you want to be.

  • I have various slots throughout the week. The best thing is to book a free no-obligation 20-min chat with me to talk it over. All sessions are held online.

  • Great question. And I can only say that I deeply, deeply understand where you’re coming from. The simple answer is this: for many of us it’s (annoyingly) not about having the time but making the time. Time spent on your own self-care and self-growth is never time wasted. There is such power in having something in the diary that’s just for you each fortnight. Prioritising yourself in this way is a huge step in the right direction to shifting your reality of motherhood! That being said, what I’ve just said is all very good and well in theory but bloody hard to put into practice. I will help you find the time and commit to it.
