Online Unwind and Reset Drop-in Session
One Sunday per month, I’ll invite you to get super cosy on your bed, sofa or yoga mat and access your inner zen by breathing consciously. Let me guide you in a relaxing breathwork practice set to soothing music and journalling practices so you can end the week feeling chilled and ready to tackle a new week.
The breathing techniques in the sessions will vary but they will all be calming, restorative techniques that down-regulate your nervous system to instil in you a sense of calm and prepare you for a lovely Sunday evening and restful sleep.
All welcome. Suitable for pregnancy and early-postpartum too. No previous breathwork experience required. Just bring your open mind and desire to unwind and reset.
