


Reconnect: 90-minute 1:1 Breathwork Session
Take a moment just for you to come home to yourself in amongst the busyness of life.
This session is totally tailored to what you need in the moment. Using conscious connected breathwork, I’ll guide you into your inner world, where you’ll experience an expanded state of consciousness and allow yourself to deeply feel so you can create energetic space, greater clarity and more alignment with your true self.
While conscious connected breathwork is the main modality I use in sessions, I will weave in elements of coaching as well as Yoga Nidra (that I am currently training in).

I will be I touch within 2 business days to schedule your session. I have varied availability throughout the week and on weekends.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, the full fee will still apply.
