We breathe approximately 20,000 times a day. But most of us are not utilising the potential in each of those breaths.

I created The Breathwork Portal to help you do exactly this.

Using conscious connected breathwork, I’ll hold space for you to turn down the volume of the busyness of the world and in your mind, nurture your mind-body connection and unlock the power, the wisdom and energy you hold within. All by connecting to your breath!

What is conscious connected breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork is a transformative breathwork technique that enables you to delve deeply into your inner landscape to connect to the wisdom and power you hold within. This is a deeply feeling practice: supercharging sensation, energetic charge and emotion in the body by working with the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the nervous system.

There are numerous mental, emotional, physical and spiritual benefits to conscious connected breathwork and each individual will experience something unique. But to give you an idea, it’s a practice that - when done over time and with consistency - enables you to do incredible things like: build resilience, manage stress, increase emotional capacity, develop your intuitive ability, access creativity, release stuck emotions and let go of unhelpful thought patterns.

The Breathwork Portal includes:

  • 5 x hour-long, live conscious connected breathwork sessions, each of which will explore a different theme - dates and times TBC

  • Journalling prompts and an audio of a short daily breathwork practice for the week sent after each session

  • A Telegram group for accountability, support and guidance to help you commit to your breathwork practice in between sessions

  • Recordings of each live conscious connected breathwork session. I require you to come to at least the first session so I can support you in learning the technique but after that you can catch the replay if you can’t make it live.

Each session includes:

  • An introduction to (first session) / reminder of (all subsequent sessions) the breathwork technique and an introduction to the theme of the session

  • Approx. 30 minutes of conscious connected breathwork set to a playlist

  • A pre-breathwork guided meditation and post-breathwork stillness and grounding

  • Time for sharing if you feel called to do so and questions.

Themes will include:

  • Laying strong foundations: functional breathing, regulating & resourcing

  • Nurturing your mind-body connection: felt sense exploration & intuitive listening

  • Tuning into your inner compass: meeting your inner mentor & building self-belief

  • Building resilience: exploring boundaries & expanding your capacity for stress

  • Leaning into growth: meeting life’s challenges with expansiveness & courage

Hi, I’m Grace

Breathwork came to me while I was in the throes of early motherhood and I’m so glad it did. It has supported me in countless ways as I’ve navigated juggling the early years as a mum of two and self-employed woman. It has not only helped me get to the end of each day in one piece but also lean into the many opportunities for growth than this chapter of life is full of.

By connecting to my inner wisdom and life force energy, I’ve found myself with increased emotional capacity and energy to handle the stresses of motherhood and life in general, more connected to myself and more consistently meeting my needs.

Now, as a breathwork facilitator and holistic wellbeing coach, I work with women - and particularly other mothers - to guide them on this same path to connection with themselves. I believe that this work is so needed and it’s an honour to lift other women up in this way!

Contraindications:

Please note that schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, glaucoma, heart conditions, stroke, aneurysm, blood pressure issues, recent abdominal surgery and pregnancy are contraindications to this breathwork technique. If any of these apply to you, you should not do the practice without consent from a medical practitioner. You are welcome to come and do a variation of the breathwork technique, which I will teach you during the session.
